Welcome to Prysm Salon, where I believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, loved, and supported. My name is Kate, and as the founder and sole proprietor of Prysm, it is my mission to provide curly hair services and support to families with adopted children who have curly hair, as well as anyone else who wants to experience my warm and inclusive atmosphere. My small private space creates the perfect environment for those who prefer a simpler and more intimate setting, including communities on the spectrum and anyone who benefits from a supportive and private environment. I am also proud to be a welcoming space for members of the LGBTQAI community, and it is my personal goal to ensure that every person who sits in my chair feels seen and embraced. Cancellation Window: I totally get that life happens, but if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that you give me at least 48 hours heads up. Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, I’ll have to charge you 50% of the service cost as a cancellation fee. No Show Policy: I reserve your appointment time just for you, so if you don’t show up without giving a heads up, I’ll have to charge you the full price of the missed service. Booking Deposits: For longer or pricier appointments,I may ask for a small non-refundable deposit upfront. This goes towards your total service cost. Exceptions: I understand that emergencies happen. Just shoot us a message, and we can work something out. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule within the cancellation window, no worries! Just let me know, and I’ll find you the next available appointment. Confirmation: Keep an eye out for our confirmation message before your appointment. Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 48 hours notice prior to cancellation. There will be a 50% cancellation fee without 48 hrs notice(some exceptions will be talent into consideration )and 100% of the service charged for no shows. 2 consecutive no shows and future appointments will be prohibited.
